COURSE OVERVIEW
Japanese skills are essential to surviving in Japan. Spoken and written fluency are required in order to live comfortably, and secure a career in Japan. This course is perfect for you if you already have a pre-existing visa and do not require a student visa, while having the intent to equip yourself with necessary Japanese skills.
The Standard Course starts from Minna no Nihongo 1, and will progress on to higher levels for a maximum duration of 2 years.
If you have not studied any Japanese before, please refer to the Introductory Course.
SUITABLE FOR
- Individuals who already reside in Japan on a long term visa. (Family, Permanent Resident, Work, etc.)
- Individuals who wish to study in Japan on a tourist visa.
DURATION
From 1 term onwards* (9 lesson weeks over approximately 3 months) up to a maximum duration of 2 years.
*For non-residents of Japan coming to Japan on a tourist visa, please contact us for a separate quotation for fees and duration.
DATE AND TIME
Weekdays Monday to Fridays
(except weekdays, public holidays and school holidays)
Year 1 Classes (Beginner to Pre-intermediate): 1:15 PM to 4:45 PM
Year 2 Classes (Intermediate to Advanced): 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM
New Beginner Courses start every April / July / October / January
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
At least 150 hours of prior Japanese studies. JLPT N5 is preferable or have participated in the Introductory Class
Students with at least N4 and above will be placed in an express class.
Depending on your current language ability and goals, you may also join a class in progress.
FEES
Registration fees – JPY 15,000
A2. Pay 2 Semesters – JPY 243,800 — (Only 2,650 per day!)
A1. Pay 1 Semester – JPY 126,500 — (Only 2,750 per day!)
B. Pay 4 weeks – JPY 60,000 — (Only 2,750 per day!)
C. Pay 1 week – JPY 16,250 — (Only 3,000 per day!)
D. Pay 1 day – JPY 3,500
(Fees are not inclusive of 10% tax)
1 School Term consists of 46 lesson days and 1 test day over a period of 3 months.
Term 1 – April to June.
Term 2 – July to September.
Term 3 – October to December.
Term 4 – January to March.
ACCOMMODATION
For non-residents of Japan coming to Japan on a tourist visa and require an accommodation, please contact us for a separate quotation for fees and duration.
